Black Double - Jock Scott

The Jock Scott was created by John (Jock) Scott in 1850 at the height of the Victorian era.    Like many of the flies designed around this time it contains many brightly coloured and exotic feathers.     Our version is different from the original as we prefer to tie it as a hairwing, this combination has proved to be a Salmon killer.   When nothing else is taking give the Jock Scott a try and marvel as it works its magic.
